Richiko shook her head and sighed. "My parents are gone, and I have no idea if my brother and sister are too." she said quietly. She closed her eyes, trying to push back the memories that had just sprang to the front of her mind. Blood, tears, fear, images of her brother and sister protecting her. They all flashed through her mind and she shivered, not wanting to remember any more.

Richiko turned and looked at him, narrowing her eyes. She didn't say anything. Not only couldn't she find any words to say, but her voice seemed to have disappeared. He kills to find his sister. I run to stay away from my family. Heh, I really am pathetic. she thought sadly.

Richik shook her head, taking his hand hesitantly. Hadn't it been only yesterday, or maybe mere hours before that he'd been trying to kill her? She sighed, getting to her feet. She brushed her bangs out of her eyes, looking at him curiously.

Richiko froze, her eyes getting wide. "No," she muttered, shaking her head. "You couldn't have. You just couldn't!" It was impossible, he couldn't have known her family. And if he had, then he'd probably know about her brother and sister! It was too good to be true!
